Exchange Policy:

First: Ready-Made Products (excluding products mentioned on this page)

  • If there is no defect or issue with the product, the customer has the right to exchange ready-made products within 7 days of receiving the order. The customer will bear the shipping costs, and the product must remain unused, in its original condition.
  • If there is a defect or issue with the product, the customer has the right to exchange it within 7 days of receiving the order without incurring any shipping costs. The product must remain unused, in its original condition.


Second: Car Sunshades

  • If there is no defect or issue with the product, the customer has the right to exchange car sunshades within 7 days of receiving the order. The customer will bear the shipping costs, and the product must remain unused, in its original condition.
  • If there is a defect or issue with the product, the customer has the right to exchange it within 7 days of receiving the order without incurring any shipping costs. The product must remain unused, in its original condition.



Third: Roadside Assistance Membership Packages

  • The customer is not eligible to exchange the value of the roadside assistance package. However, if there is a manufacturing defect in other products included in the order, the exchange policy within the package will apply. The affected products will be replaced with equivalent ones of the same value.



Fourth: Nano-Ceramic Heat Insulation Film

  • Please ensure that the adhesive strip on each tint roll is intact before installation. If there is a shipping mistake, such as receiving the wrong tint shade or a lower quantity, we will send the correct items and bear all shipping costs.
  • The films are suitable for all types of vehicles, including sedans and SUVs. Please install the tint as per the instructions on the product page. If a shortage in film length occurs due to a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service.
  • If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another after receiving it, they must do so within 7 business days and will bear the return and reshipping costs. The product must remain unused, in its original condition.
  • If an incorrect installation is done by the technician, please contact customer service to determine the appropriate resolution.
  • The warranty covers sending a replacement for any defective film based on the specifications listed on the product page. It also guarantees no color change in the tint for 5 years from the purchase date. However, the warranty does not cover installation errors.

If the customer wants a refund after installation due to ineffective heat insulation or color change in the tint, they must first contact customer service and then visit an authorized tinting center for an official insulation effectiveness test using the appropriate equipment. The results must be submitted for evaluation.
