Cashback Terms & Conditions and Usage Policy

The cashback is a credit amount added to the customer’s wallet at a value of 10 for every order of 100 or more. The cashback can be used on the next order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Cashback Calculation and Usage Mechanism

Cashback credit will be added to the customer’s wallet after the order is successfully completed.

The cashback balance can be used for future orders.

Cashback credit is strictly for use within the online store only and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to cash, or transferred to another account or beneficiary.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum order value required to use cashback credit is 100.

Offer Validity and Expiry

This offer is valid for orders placed until April 30, 2026.

Cashback credit is valid for 3 months from the date it is added to the customer’s wallet. Any unused balance will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

Returns and Refunds

In the event of a full or partial return, the cashback associated with the order will be canceled or adjusted based on the refunded amount.

All standard return and refund policies of the online store shall apply.

General Terms

This cashback offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

The online store reserves the right to modify or terminate the cashback offer at any time without prior notice.

By using the cashback service, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions, including any future updates or amendments.
