Terms and Conditions for the Complimentary Roadside Assistance Membership Gift:
Exchange and Return Policy for the Membership:
Membership Services:
• Battery Jump Start: In case of a car breakdown requiring a battery jump-start.
• Tire Replacement Service: Replacing the flat tire with the spare if available, or towing the car to the nearest service center that offers tire repair and replacement services.
• Fuel Supply Service: A sufficient amount to reach the nearest station if the car runs out of fuel.
• Car Towing Service: In case of a mechanical/electrical failure that prevents the car from operating or being driven. Towing is provided to a single specified destination within the city (to a workshop chosen by the member) and between cities (to the nearest service center chosen by the member in the closest city to the breakdown location).
• Member Transport Service: The member is transported along with the service vehicle to the location where the car is towed.
• Car Door Unlocking Assistance: Provided free of charge as a goodwill gesture when it is possible to unlock the door without causing damage, available in major cities.
• Taxi Service: Provided if the car breaks down outside cities while the member is accompanied by family.
• Geographic Coverage: The member can benefit from the services across all GCC countries, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and Turkey.
Exclusive Services for Women:
• Limousine service will be provided in case of a car breakdown requiring towing within or outside the city.
• Any technical assistance via phone or by dispatching technicians to assist women in case of any technical issues.
Terms & Conditions:
• Roadside assistance services are available 24/7 throughout the subscription period.
• The roadside assistance membership is valid for one full year from the activation date.
• Services are provided by a specialized company offering roadside assistance.
• The membership covers sedans, box vehicles, 4x4s, saloon cars, pickups, and minibuses with up to 15 passengers.
• The membership does not cover trucks, buses with more than 15 passengers, rental cars, or taxis.
• Services will only be provided in the presence of the car owner or an authorized representative.
• Membership cannot be transferred to another vehicle.
• The membership must be registered with a phone number owned by the car owner or an authorized representative.
• The member must provide the details of the car owner or an authorized representative, a contact number, and vehicle information.
• Roadside assistance packages are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. If a manufacturing defect is found in other products included in the order, the exchange policy applies within the package, and the defective product will be replaced with a similar one of equal value.
• The privacy policy, terms of use, and return/exchange policy of DriveMood store apply.
Exclusions Not Covered by Membership Services:
• Services cannot be provided in cases of breakdowns resulting from exceptional circumstances such as wars, natural disasters, security emergencies, theft, fires, floods, vehicle submersion in water or sand, explosives, prohibited items, intentional damage, or traffic accidents.
• The car cannot be transported from one service center to another.
• The same service cannot be provided for the same breakdown within 72 hours if the issue has not been resolved.
